  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 days of being placed.
  • Once dispatched, delivery can take 7-15 working days, depending on the shipping location. Please place your orders accordingly.

We currently offer shipping within India. If you need international shipping, please contact our customer support at kehkashashaikh1010@gmail.com before placing an order.

1.4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Nazah Mehndi Art is not responsible for shipping delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier service disruptions, or customs delays. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us.

2. Refund & Returns Policy

2.1. Return Eligibility

We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request a return or replacement.

Conditions for Returns:

  • You must provide an opening video of the package as proof of damage or incorrect items.
  • The request for return must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
 

2.2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will not be issued unless the product is damaged or incorrect and meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification of the return request.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
 

2.3. How to Request a Return or Refund

If you meet the return eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and guide you on the return process.
  3. If approved, you will be provided with the return shipping address. You must return the product at your own cost.
  4. Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund or send a replacement as applicable.
